- We conducted a gap analysis against the ISO 14001 standard for both the wholesale and retail operations of a US electric utility. The analysis resulted in individual reports for the business units, since their management systems were relatively independent. We then worked with the Retail business unit to help them determine which gaps to fill in the short term to add business value.
