- We facilitated a two-day workshop with a cross-section of company staff to analyze their operation’s gaps versus the ISO 14001 standard. This format allowed the participants to understand the requirements of the standard and learn about the systems in place around the organization. We developed a summary report of the gaps with prioritized recommendations for closing them.
