- We worked with a cross-functional team of an multinational oil company to develop a corporate framework for management systems. This framework was designed to be equivalent to the requirements of ISO 14001. The framework set minimum requirements for the business units’ management systems. We also worked with the company's Exploration division to implement an ISO 14001 equivalent management system that was tailored to their operations.
