Industry: Food Products (cereal)

This food and beverage manufacturer wanted a fresh look at the efficiency and effectiveness of its EHS processes. We worked closely with an internal cross-functional team to analyze the company’s EHS processes. We interviewed a range of staff at the corporate headquarters, visited multiple manufacturing locations, and conducted an activity survey to analyze how time on EHS was spent. After analyzing this information, the team developed detailed findings and a set of recommendations for improving the effectiveness of EHS management within the company. Many of these recommendations have since been implemented by the company.
