EHS Management Systems Assessment

This natural gas company, one of the fastest growing companies in the USA, had been managing their EHS activities based largely on legacy systems and the historical knowledge of several key individuals. To help make their systems more robust and in better alignment with global EHS management systems practices, we conducted a management systems assessment and gap analysis of the systems in place throughout the company. In addition to identifying particular gaps and weaknesses, we provided a structured and sequential road map for the company to follow to make lasting improvements in their systems.
