International EHS Management Systems Assessment

For a global specialty chemicals manufacturer, we evaluated the presence and functionality of the EHS management systems in place four chemical resin manufacturing facilities in the US, Spain, and the Netherlands. Serving as team leaders for these multi-day assessments, we coordinated all aspects of the work, managed the international teams of auditors, conducted the onsite audits, and managed all report writing. As a result of our assessment, we were able to provide the company with an in-depth view of the strengths and weaknesses of the EHS systems across these different facilities, and provide conrete suggestions for improving the systems both within the facilities and across the company.
